How do I choose to pay by finance?
Simply select the finance option at checkout. If you’re ordering via phone, email, or in person at one of our show sites, the sales representative will be able to add this to your order.
Who is eligible to apply for online finance?
To apply for Novuna Personal Finance, you must be over the age of 18, and be in regular employment working a minimum of 16 hours per week, or in receipt of a pension if you are retired. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom and have lived in the UK for 12 months or more. We are unable to offer finance to any person who does not satisfy the above criteria.
Will a credit check be performed?
Yes. Novuna Personal Finance will conduct a credit check to assess your eligibility and affordability.
Are there limits on how much I can spend?
Novuna Personal Finance is available on products/services from £750. Credit is available for 12, 24, 36 and 48-month term agreements.
What if I would like to cancel/return my order?
Your first step is to contact us directly. Our returns policy can be found on our website and is available here . If you have any questions, you can get in touch with our customer support team on 01889 272056.
My application was declined. Now what?
If your application for finance is declined it is likely because you failed to meet our eligibility criteria. That said, we acknowledge that situations change and just because a previous application has been refused, it doesn’t mean you will be automatically refused in the future. We do suggest however, that you leave at least six months between requests.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No. There are no hidden fees or charges, nor do we reserve the right to amend a financial agreement once it has been signed. Any late fees or charges as a result of missed payments are clearly explained in the credit agreement. Be sure to read it carefully before signing.
