Win a Sandon Chairs & Side Table Competition: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with any other documents referred to herein, set out the rules for the HEX Living Win a Sandon Chairs & Side Table Competition (the “Competition”).

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.

Promoter Information

The Competition is promoted by HEX Living, a trading name of Alpha Manufacturing (Hixon) Limited (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, its Group companies, or their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling) are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of age or residence.

How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must:

Complete the Microsoft Form provided by HEX Living, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Contact number (optional)
• Location (postcode or town/county)
• Optional questions relating to product interests and purchase intent

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

The Competition opens on 3 November 2025 at 12:00 and closes at 23:59 on 16 November 2025 (“Closing Date”).
Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The winner will receive two (2) Sandon chairs and one (1) matching side table from the HEX Living outdoor furniture range (the “Prize”).
• The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternative is available.
• The Prize does not include any accessories, upgrades, or services beyond standard delivery.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an impartial, computer-generated process.
• The draw will take place within 48 hours of the Closing Date.
• The winner will be notified via email using the details provided on the entry form.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.
• Delivery or collection of the Prize will be arranged directly with the winner.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Data Collection and Privacy

• By submitting the Microsoft Form, entrants acknowledge that their personal data (including name, email address, optional contact number, and location) will be collected and processed by HEX Living solely for the purposes of administering this Competition, contacting the winner, and analysing aggregated entry data to help improve future campaigns.
• Entrants may also choose to provide optional information, such as product interests or purchase intent, to help HEX Living better understand customer preferences.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and handled in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.hexliving.co.uk/privacy-policy.
• Entrants will be given the option to opt in to receive future marketing communications from HEX Living. This is entirely voluntary and not a condition of entry.
• Any marketing communications will comply with data protection law and may be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing or contacting HEX Living directly.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the Prize delivery or by law.

Publicity

• By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, county, and image for reasonable publicity purposes related to the Competition (e.g. on social media, press releases, or the HEX Living website), without additional payment or consent.
• No other personal data will be made public without the entrant’s explicit consent.

General Conditions

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, or not received due to technical or connectivity issues.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition or these Terms in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Any such changes will be announced via HEX Living’s official social media channels or website.
• Entries made through third parties or automated systems will not be accepted.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize, except where caused by negligence or breach of statutory duty.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and entrants agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
